NC BBQ Sauce

Why I Love This Recipe
Recipe from Southern foods....
First, grill (or dry roast) your pork (shoulder/butt, etc)....when done, pull it apart with 2 forks - hence the name "pulled pork BBQ"
Ingredients You'll Need
Combine, bring to boil, simmer uncovered about an hour.
2 C cider vinegar
1 C water
1 minced onion
1 T red pepper flake
1 T peppercorn
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp salt
Directions
Mix in enough of the sauce to moisten the pork...
Serve on buns, top with a bit more sauce...
In NC, the side of choice is Cole slaw....many times served on the sandwich.
