This is a favorite recipe from the kitchen of Nadine Semsch.
Ingredients You'll Need
4 eggs
2 cups brown sugar
1 Tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar
Directions
Beat the eggs, brown sugar and butter together. Add flour, baking powder, pecans and vanilla and mix well. Pour int a well-greased and lightly floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
