Nancy's Butter Mint Candies

Ingredients You'll Need
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup butter, soft
1 tsp. peppermint extract
1/2 tsp. salt
Food coloring
4 3/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions
Mix corn syrup, butter, peppermint and salt together well. Add food coloring and powdered sugar mixing well. Knead until smooth.
Shape in 1" balls. Press with fork. Dry 4 hours
Will keep for 1 month.
