Nancy's Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
About 36 Hershey's® Kisses® unwrapped
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly stir together flour, baking soda, and salt into a bowl.
In a large mixing bowl, cream sugars, butter, egg and vanilla. Add peanut butter and milk, mix well. Add dry ingredients.
Spoon out by spoonfuls onto uncreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and top each cookie with a kiss while still hot.
TIP: If you like crunchy cookies, replace the butter with shortening, but otherwise the butter makes them nice and chewy.
