Nancy's Simple Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients You'll Need
4 cups powdered sugar
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
5 oz. unsweetened chocolate
Assorted toppings: cocoa, powdered sugar, crushed nuts, etc.
Mix the powdered sugar into the softened cream cheese a little at a time, making sure it is well blended after every addition.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add it to the cream cheese mixture along with the vanilla. Mix well. Chill for a couple of hours.
Roll mix into 1" balls, then roll them in a topping. Chill
TIPS: Try substituting the liqueur of your choice for the vanilla.
