1 cup shortening
3⁄4 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1⁄3 cup sour cream
2 3⁄4 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
Cream shortening and sugar well. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add sour cream. Gradually add dry ingredients.
Fill cookie press and form cookies on ungreased cookie sheet, decorate with sprinkles, if desired.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
