Ingredients You'll Need
1 Jiffy white cake mix
8 oz cream cheese
1 c milk
3 oz instant lemon pudding
1 c milk
1 can (No. 2 1/2) crushed pineapple
cool whip
chopped nuts
Directions
Mix cake mix as directed in a greased 9x13 pan. Whip cream cheese and 1 c milk. Add lemon pudding and the other cup of milk. Pour over baked cake. Top with drained pineapple and cover with cool whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate.
