Why I Love This Recipe
During Christmas, I make edible gifts to give. So I look for shortcuts to help with my ever increasing lists of friends. This shortcut still is very similar tasting to the divinity that takes hours.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
1/2 cup pecans
pinch of salt
Directions
Combine sugar, water. and salt. Bring to a rolling boil and let boil for 2 minutes. Place marshmallow cream in large bowl and pour hot syrup all at once into it. Stir until candy loses its gloss. Then add nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool until set.
