Why I Love This Recipe

My family has been making these as long as I can remember. I love to bake them because of the two part process. It is also a very flexible recipe that can be suited to taste.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 box of Yellow Cake Mix.
3 eggs
1 soft Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar
1 soft stick of butter
9''x13'' pan

Directions

First seperate the yellow cake mix, 1 egg, and soft stick of butter from the other ingredients, then mix all three untill they consist of a thick dough. It is ok to use a mixer at first, but it is best to use your hands and a fork to mix well. Grease a 9X13'' pan and roll dough onto the bottom of it. Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, eggs, and cream cheese with a mixer. Turn to a well mixed batter and pour over the dough. Bake for 35-40 min. at 350F, depending on wether you want them soft and gooey or crisp.
