1-2 cups milk
2cups heavy cream

½ tsp. garlic, minced
¼ tsp. thyme
¼ tsp. Parsley
¼ tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
