New York Cheesecake

Ingredients You'll Need
Crust:
1 C graham cracker crumbs
¾ C sugar
1/4 C plus 2T melted butter
Filling:
2 (8oz) cream cheese softened.
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
1 ½ C sour cream
Directions
Cream together cheese, eggs and vanilla.
When smooth, add sour cream and mix well.
Pour over crust and bake in lower 1/3 of a 325 oven for 45 min.
When baking is finished broil the top of the cheesecake till top shows attractive spots of brown.
Refrigerate over night.
