Why I Love This Recipe

The recipe came from the movie Chocolate, where Vianne (Juliette Binoche) is listening her guests in shop "Chocolaterie Maya". She is giving them what they need, for example con pepper (brave strong flavor, with a hint of chilli), coconut from Guatemala (arouses lust), or nipples of Venus.

Ingredients You'll Need

200 g dark chocolate
300 ml heavy cream
2 tbs brandy or other alkohol
2 tbs confectioners' sugar
cocoa powder for decoration


Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath. In a saucepan, heat the cream with powdered sugar. Mix chocolate and cream until smooth, add the brandy at the end. Chill for 2 hours. Then whip it until stiff. Use confectionary sleeve to put it in baking sheet.
