These are my favorite cookies! I love them because they are easy to make and taste delicious! You don’t have to wait for them to bake in an oven. They are also gluten-free!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 stick margarine
4 tablespoons of cocoa
1/2 cup peanut butter
2-2 1/2 cups 1 minute oats
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix sugar, milk, margarine, and cocoa together in a saucepan on stovetop (on medium heat). Stir continually and bring to a boil. Boil 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oats, and vanilla.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a pan lined with foil. Eat gooey or let them harden a bit and enjoy!
