4 c cut up rhubarb
1 1/2 c sugar
1/4 c flour
2 eggs, beaten
Topping:
6 T sugar
8 T flour
4 T butter, cut into flour and sugar
Directions
Place first four ingredients into greased pie plate.
Top with remaining ingredients.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
