No-Fail Breakfast Casserole

Why I Love This Recipe
You can be creative with this dish,
adding or substituting bacon, ham, green peppers, onions, etc... You can also change the
cheese to suit your taste, but it is perfect every time I fix it and I don't even like eggs, but I
always eat this. Good luck!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 - 24oz. bag of frozen hash browns
1/4 cup melted butter
1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained
4-5 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
Directions
Thaw hash browns & squeeze out the extra liquid. Place in mixing bowl.
Add melted butter
and mix together.
Turn into a 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick spray like Pam.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the hash browns have cooked and are brown and somewhat crispy. Remove from oven.
Cover the hash browns with the cheddar cheese & the cooked & crumbled sausage. Beat eggs with milk and pour over sausage/cheese mixture.
Bake at 325 until cheese is melted & the eggs are set.
At this point, I remove the baking dish and sprinkle on more cheese.
I return the dish to the oven and melt the cheese.
