No Peek Beef Stew

A wonderful winter dinner.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 lb stew meat, cut in small pieces
6 carrots, chunked
3 medium potatoes, chunked
1 onion, cut up
16 oz can stewed tomatoes
1 T sugar
3 T tapioca
1 slice broken bread
1 1/2 t salt
1 c water
Directions
Mix all together and bake in covered roaster or casserole dish for 3 hours at 350 degrees. Do not peek and do not brown meat.
Pairs Well With
Salad and rolls.
