Ingredients You'll Need
700 g prawntails
with
4dl cottage cheese,
2dl crème fraiche,
lemonpepper
salt
and loads of squeezed garlic.
Sprinkle with fresh dill.
Directions
Mix peeled and cooked
Let stay covered 1 hour in fridge before serving.
Serve with warm baguette and spumante or lager
