Not just bagels, but Bagels!

Ingredients You'll Need
2 Cups Non-fat Greek Yogurt
2 Cups Self-Rising Flour
One Egg for Egg Wash
Toppings (Sesame seeds, poppy seeds, raisins, oats, salt...etc)
Parchment Paper
Directions
Mix Flour and yogurt together to form a dough (it feels a bit sticky in the beginning but it does come together eventually)
Kneed for about 5 minutes.
Form a large ball and cut into 8 pieces.
Take each piece and form ball then flatten slightly, create hole in the center to form the bagel shape.
Place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Brush with beaten egg and top with your favorite toppings ( I mix everything together to make an everything bagel!)
Bake for 22 min in a 375 oven.
