Nut Bread with Cream Cheese Filling

Why I Love This Recipe
I got this recipe from a former sister in law, and i make this religiously every holiday, it is a big hit with everyone. The nice thing about this recipe is you can use various nut breads, cranberry, banana, apricot, pumpkin, whatever you wish.
My favorite bread mix is apricot and pumpkin. so use your imagination and go for it.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 Each 3 ounces of cream cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup sugar
orange spice or grated orange rind
use any box bread mix like banana nut, or whatever
Directions
Filling:
Mix cream cheese egg flour, sugar, orange rind or orange spice
For Bread
Where it asks for water, use 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup water
Pour half of bread mix into pan, ( prefer loaf pans) pour in cream cheese filling,
then pour rest of batter on top of that.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees,
cool,
wrap in foil and freeze overnight (this sets the cream cheese filling)
slice and serve, its awesome
