Nutty Yogurt Cheese

Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 c. fat free sugar free yogurt/your favorite flavor
1/2 c. fat free cottage cheese
1 t. Grape Nuts Cereal (optional)
Directions
Place yogurt/cottage cheese in food processor or blender. Mix till
smooth. Add grape nuts, process once more.
Per serving: 152 calories, 22 g. protein, 15 g carbs, 12 mg
cholesterol, 103 mg sodium
NOTE: Plain or vanilla yogurt can be used. Then add 1/2 t. to 1 t. extracts
of your choice.
Dry Crystal Light or Nutra sweetened Kool Aid is a good flavoring also
