You can't have meat without potatoes, and this is good as part of my complete dinner plan or as a nice side dish.

Ingredients You'll Need
2 tbsp. butter
28 oz. bag frozen O’Brien potatoes
16 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 pkg Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa sausage sliced
½ tsp seasoned salt
Optional: add ½ cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Place butter, O’Brien potatoes and vegetables in large skillet and Cover and Cook 6-8 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Add sausage and cook additional 8-10 minutes
Add salt and cheese at the end, mix.
