ORIENTAL HONEY AND GARLIC SAUCE
Why I Love This Recipe
One of my favourite dishes in a Chinese restaurant is honey garlic ribs. This sauce is very good.
Ingredients You'll Need
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 cup water
3 Tbsp. Soya Sauce
l Tbsp. Honey
l garlic bud
Directions
Put all ingredients in pot and bring to a boil.
Pour over cooked meat in oven and continue cooking for l/2 hour - gets very sticky but delicious.
