Why I Love This Recipe

You can mix and match in this recipe! Replace the white chocolate for milk chocolate, replace the craisins for any other dried fruit, etc.

Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups oats
2 cups craisins
2 cups white chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350.

Cream the butter, the granulated sugar, and the brown sugar.

Add eggs and vanilla and stir until combined.

Add baking soda, baking powder, and kosher salt and stir until just combined.

Add flour and stir until just combined.

Add oatmeal, craisins, and white chocolate chips and stir until combined.

Form balls of approximately 2 tablespoons and put on a baking sheet about 2 inches apart.

Bake 11-13 minutes or until golden. Cookies may look raw in the middle and golden on the edges and sides, but leaving them on the baking sheet an extra 2 minutes after removing them from the oven will complete the baking.

Pairs Well With

Ice cream
