1 c of raisins
Directions
preheat to 350 and cover baking sheets in foil
large mixing bowl, beat together butter and sugars until creamy
add in egg and vanilla, beat well
in a separate bowl mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt
gradually add your dry ingredients to the creamy ingredients, beating together
add oats and mix well with rubber spatula
add raisins, fold in
drop by rounded tbsp on baking sheets
