Ingredients You'll Need
3/4 c lard or Crisco with butter
1 c sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 c old fashion oatmeal
1 c nutmeats chopped (optional)
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp soda
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 0r 3 ripe bananas
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions
Mix all together, drop from tablespoon onto increased cookie sheet. dough should not be too loose. Add more bananas if needed. Bake 350 degree until light brown. Best baked on parchment paper.
