Old Fashioned Butterscotch Pie

Don't worry too much about using a double boiler, just stir and keep an eye on things.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
4 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
Directions
Whisk in egg yolks; continue to cook and stir until filling is thickened.
Remove filling from heat, and stir in butter and vanilla.
Chill until set then top with whipped cream.
