Olive Chicken
Why I Love This Recipe
This is adapted for the crockpot. Plus the house will smell so good..
Ingredients You'll Need
4-5 lb of cut up chicken
4 cloves of diced garlic
1/2 small onion chopped up
4 fresh bay leaves
1 large lemon cut into 4 pieces( squeeze over mix)
1lb of greek mix olives(green and black imported) drained
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients into crockpot, and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until done.
