Olive Garden Salad
Why I Love This Recipe
"After discovering our Mexican salad, we started thinking of what other salads we could make so we didn't OD on the Mexican one having it too much. Jami and Marissa's favorite restaurant inspired this one and so we call it the Olive Garden Salad over at our house" Submitted by Chris & Judy Family
Ingredients You'll Need
Lettuce
1 Tomato, Diced
5 -6 Pepperoncini Peppers, Sliced
2 Green Onions, Chopped
1 Carrot, Sliced
Mozzarella Cheese Or Parmesan Cheese
Italian Dressing (we used to use Kraft Zesty Italian, but now they sell the actual Olive Garden dressing at Winco so we use that now!)
Directions
*Combine all salad ingredients
*Mix in enough Italian dressing to cover
Recipe Tips
*Easiest way to mix up salads with the dressing is a stainless steel bowl and tong and just toss until dressing is well blended with salad ingredients
