Why I Love This Recipe

It's no fun realizing that yes, I am getting older and there are some little telltale signs peaking up all over my body.

In search of my own personal fountain of youth, I came across an article in a beauty magazine applauding the skin firming and cellulite-zapping benefits of brand-name caffeinated creams, lotions, and potions.

Caffeine you say? Well, that's easy! I have a daily supply of throw-away coffee grounds, sitting in my little white coffee pot, fresh every morning.

Ingredients You'll Need

Recycled coffee grounds

1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Directions:

Blend enough olive oil with recycled coffee grounds to develop a smooth paste. For a scrubbier-scrub, mix by hand. For a less abrasive scrub, blend with mortar and pestle.

Gently massage over problem areas before showering. Rinse clean.

For a stronger treatment, use freshly ground beans and mix with warm water to form a paste.
