Why I Love This Recipe

I picked this recipe because I have had the Panera one and this is a copycat of it.


Ingredients You'll Need

2 boneless chicken brastes, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil4 tbsp butter
1 onion, diced
1 c celery, diced
1 tsp minced garlic
1 c carrots, shredded
3 tbsp flour
1 quart fat free half and half
1 can chicken broth
1 cup fresh spinach
3/4 tsp thyme
slat and pepper
1 pack gnocchi


Directions

1)in pan heat olive oil, and saute chicken, add butter then add onion, celery, garlic, and shredded carrots, then add flour to absorb liquid


2) add half and half and chicken broth stir until boil, then simmer while cooking gnocchi in different pan drain then add to other mixture


3)add spinach, thyme and cornstarch and water if not thick enough
