2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup cheese
1 tbsp ketchup
Directions
1. Crack eggs in a bowl, add milk, whisk until yolk breaks
2. add milk, peppers, and onions, whisk again
3.Put bowl in the microwave and cook for one minutes, check occasionally
4.take out bowl, put omelet on plate, sprinkle cheese and cook for 30 secs to melt cheese
5.take out and enjoy
