On the East Coast

Take yourself to Wawa or a local deli and order yourself an italian sub. Make sure you have some sort of oil or mayo on it. Wash it down with an icy soda. People around here swear by the combination of the bread and the grease of the meat and condiments. The caffiene in the soda will help ease the headache and along with the sugar give you a boost. I don't know what the science is but it works! Better yet, do this at night before you go to bed. This way it has time to settle before you wake up. It's not a cure all but a nice help!
