One Bowl Chocolate Brownie Cookies

Ingredients You'll Need
6 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
4 squares Baker's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
6 T. Butter (3/4 stick)
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 t. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 t. Baking Powder
1/4 t. salt
2 cups toasted chopped walnuts
Heat oven to 325 degrees
Microwave semi-sweet and unsweetened chocolates and butter in a large microwavable bowl on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is almosted melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir until chocolates are completely melted and smooth.
Stir sugar into chocolate mixture until blended. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in nuts. Douigh will be soft. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls, 1 1/2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 12 minutes or until set. DO NO OVERBAKE. Cool 5 minutes, remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely on wire rack. Store in air tight container.
Makes about 3 dozen.
