Why I Love This Recipe

I don’t remember the first time I made this cake, but I do remember that it was an instant hit. It’s been over 30 years and is still as popular as it was!

Ingredients You'll Need

2 eggs
1 box white cake mix (Pillsbury Plus!)
1 stick butter, softened

2 eggs
1 pound powdered sugar (approx 3 1/2 cups)
8 ounce block of cream cheese, softened


Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9 x 13 pan using a non stick spray.
Mix 2 eggs, cake mix and softened butter with an electric mixer, combining well. Spread this in the prepared pan. (Batter will be thick.). Combine the powdered sugar and cream cheese, mixing well. Add eggs, and continue mixing until no lumps remain.
Bake at 350 for approximately 40 minutes, until crust is a golden brown.

This is a great ending to any meal.
