Oreo Cupcakes

A perfect sweet treat
Ingredients You'll Need
Cupcakes:
1 chocolate box cake mix
1 small instant chocolate pudding
1 cup sour cream
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Frosting:
2 8oz cream cheese, softened
1 2lb bag powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 8oz tub cool whip
12 finely crushed Oreos
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350°
2) Beat all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, for 2 minutes. Fold in chips
3) Fill cupcake liners half full. Bake for about 16 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
4) Let cool completely. (I like to make mine a day or more ahead of time and put them in the freezer immediately after cooling
5) Beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Beat in powdered sugar. Fold in cool whip and crushed Oreos. Refrigerate for an hour before decorating cupcakes
6) Fill cupcakes and pipe a mound on top. Decorate with an extra half Oreo and serve
