Oriental Chicken Wings
Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
20 -25 wings (I use frozen)
1 cup water
1 cup soy sauce (I use Lite)
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup sweetened pineapple juice
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. ground ginger
If using fresh wings, cut off tips and discard.
Cut each wing in half.
Mix all ingredients and pour over wings in
large shallow pan. Cover and refrigerate over night.
Remove wings from marinade, reserving the marinade for basting.
Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1
hour. Baste and turn every 20 minutes.
(I line my pan with aluminum foil for easy clean-up.)
