Ingredients You'll Need
½ cup celery – chopped
½ cup onions – chopped
¼ cup butter
6 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
3 cups raw oyster, chopped
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Salt & Pepper
2 eggs – beaten
1 ¾ cup oyster liquor plus milk
Directions
Cook celery, onion & butter until tender.
Add Bread Crumbs parsley to the butter add oyster, seasoning add eggs, add enough of the liquid to mixture
