When you are getting home from work and need a quick meal for your kids, This is what I fixed for my kids and they loved it. My son altho grown now still requests it.
Ingredients You'll Need
Ground beef...Browned and drained.
Onion..chopped or diced
Green pepper...Chopped or diced
Cheese..shreddred
spices..your family choice
Refrigatored buttermilk biscuits...the small 4 pack
Directions
Brown ground beef,onion and green peppers and spices in skillet and drain well.Can add diced garlic also.
Spread in casserole dish and cover with your choices of shredded cheese.
Remove biscuit dough from tube. Seperate each one in 1/2 and spread over beef and cheese. Cover completely with the dough.
Bake at 375 for about 20 min. or until nice and brown. Add your choice of sides and enjoy.
