"One pan, super easy, hands off goodness"

Why I Love This Recipe

Country style pork ribs aren't ribs, they're a shoulder cut. But when cooked low and slow, all that nice fat dissolves and the meat becomes super tender. With a good BBQ sauce, they make a great main dish that everyone tends to like.

Ingredients You'll Need

8 6-8 ounce Country Style Pork Ribs
Garlic powder
Your favorite BBQ sauce, We like Cattlemen's Kansas City Classic

Preheat your oven to 275 - 300 degrees

Salt, pepper and garlic powder all sides of your country style pork ribs and lay them in an oven safe pan. Try and keep some distance between them.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil tightly and slide in the oven. Allow them to cook for 2 hours.

At the 2 hour mark, CAREFULLY remove the foil lid, remove the pork to a plate, and drain out the pan from all the cooked down fat.

place the pork back into the pan, and mop them with your BBQ sauce. Try and get them covered completely

turn the heat down to 250 and place the tray "UN" covered back into the oven for another hour.

They're done when the meat is "fall off the bone" tender and the BBQ sauces looks nicely darkened and rich.

Pairs Well With

I like these with a baked potato and fresh steamed broccoli
