Oven Stew

Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe is sooooo good and so easy to make. It's so good that you would even impress the Good Eats Challenged.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 can Tomato Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Red Wine (may substitute water)
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 1/2 lb Stew Meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 medium potatoes, carrots and zucchini, chopped in 1 inch pieces
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour into a 4 qt baking dish. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours or 400 degrees for 2 hours. Taste great with crusty French Bread
