unsalted butter
fresh parsley
celery
fennel
shallots
garlic
watercress
pernod
fresh bread crumbs
salt and pepper
rock salt
Directions
heat butter in pan
add your herbs and vegetables
add watercress and cook 1 minute
puree
pour sauce over open oysters
bake on 450 for 6-7 minutes
