PANCAKE SAUSAGE BITES

Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups of Pancake Mix
2 eggs
1 cup of Milk
1 Package of Breakfast Sausage Cooked (12 oz)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 12 cup muffin tin
Mix pancake mix, egg and milk in a large bowl with a whisk. Until mixed well.
Pour batter about ½ full into each muffin hole. Slice the each sausage link into halves or thirds and place the equivilant of 1 sausage in each hole.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.
