PANG'S BON BONS

Why I Love This Recipe
This is a local delicacy in our Chinese Restaurants. A man called Pang owned his own place and invented these. The recipe has spread to all the Chinese restaurants in the city and we have many.
Ingredients You'll Need
4 or 5 lb. short cut spare ribs
2 well beaten eggs
1 tsp. Chinese allspice
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. MSG or Accent
1/4 cup Chinese wine or Scotch (optional-I don't use it)
Mix above together and marinate for at least 2 hours. Preferably overnight.
Mix
2 cups bread crumbs
2 cup flour
Directions
Coat the ribs well in the crumb and flour mixture.
Cook in peanut oil at 400 or vegetable oil at 350 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.
**I usually make more than the 4 or 5 pounds as they freeze very well.
You can reheat in the oven at 350º.
They are very good with fried rice, chow mein, chop suey or beef and greens.
