Why I Love This Recipe

This has been an family "standby" for years and takes all of 5 mins. to put together. When the kids were young they'd also use it as a french bread "pizza". Instead of spreading on rye or french bread rounds, they'd use french rolls and broil.

Ingredients You'll Need

1- small can of chopped green chili’s- drained
1- small can of chopped olives- drained
1- small can of tomato sauce
5- green onions, chopped finely
1- clove of garlic, minced or garlic powder
1/4 pound of grated cheddar cheese (or a mixture of Monterey jack & cheddar)
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt to taste

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Spread on any type of bread or rolls that you like. Example, buffet rye rounds, buffet French bread or even regular French bread sandwich rolls if you want a larger sized pizza.

Broil 6-8 minutes or until mixture is bubbly.
