Why I Love This Recipe

Using Bisquick Mix! Adjust recipe as needed


Ingredients You'll Need

2cups Bisquick
2/3 cup Milk or cream
1 - 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1/4 lb butter room tempture


Directions

In a large bowl combine Bisquick and milk or cream. Mix as you would for biscits.


Boll on flowered serfice to 1/4 inch rectangle.


Useing a pastery knife, spread butter over intire serface to 1/16 inch thick.


Sprinkel lightbrown sugar over serface evenly.


At edge closest to you begine rolling away from you in a tight roll. Moisten edge with with milk to caust it to stick to roll.


Slice into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices and place in shalow parchment paper lined pan, about an inch appart.


Bake at 400F until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Serve warm or at room tempture.


Pin Wheels can be made ahead of time, but the sugar can break down if left too long
