Ingredients You'll Need
4 to 6 pork chops
1 box Rice-A-Roni
2 apples, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions
Brown pork chops. Make Rice-A-Roni according to direc-
tions on box. Mix sugar and cinnamon well; dip apples into
this, coating well. Butter large glass casserole dish. Put in
1/2 rice mixture. Place sugared apples on this. Place pork
chops on rice and apples. Spoon remaining Rice-A-Roni on top
of chops. Place remaining apples on this. Sprinkle with
leftover sugar and cinnamon. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 40 to
45 minutes. I also just chop coated apples and mix into
Rice-A-Roni.
