This is one easy pumpkin cheesecake recipe for you.It has amazing,sweet taste.It's sugar free and you can eat more than 1 piece.The calories are pretty low.It contains all natural ingredients.This is one perfect dessert when you want something sweet and creamy and in the same time,without too much calories,fat and sugar .The fat contain is about 10 gram for the whole recipe which is really low.Each piece is packed with about 15 grams of protein.The cottage cheese is really good for you because it contains casein which is slow digesting protein and it will keep you full for longer period of time and you will not feel hungry.You can add some nutmeg and toss with a maple syrup and chopped pecans for garnishing.It's awesome and so delicious and yummy.Try it and leave a comment below and share a pic with it when you make it.Have a good time with HEALTHY RECIPES!

Ingredients You'll Need

For the crust:
50 gr oat bran
20 gr carob flour
30 gr raisins
For the cream:
450 gr cooked pumpkin (baked)
450 gr cottage cheese
100 gr honey
2 gelatin packets (soaked in water)


Put all of the ingredients for the crust in a blender and blend well.
Pour the mixture into cheesecake mold and bake it in the oven,until it’s ready.Don’t bake too much,because if you do it,the crust will be dry and will not taste good.
To make the cream,first beat the cottage cheese until it’s homogenized with a mixer.
After that,add the honey and pumpkin.
Mix again until you have nice and creamy texture.
Put the soaked in water gelatin in the microwave to melt.
Add it to the cream and mix again.
Pour the ready cream on the baked crust and spread evenly.
Leave the ready cheesecake in the fridge for overnight to tight.
After it’s ready,sprinkle with some ground cinnamon on the top.
Cut into 8 pieces and serve.
