Why I Love This Recipe

"Soft and sweet on the inside and caramelized on the outside."

These delicious little nuggets of banana goodness are perfect for topping a scoop or two of Vanilla ice cream on those days your sweet tooth is begging for something that tastes like it should be bad for your brackets. mild caramel crunch gives the illusion of being bad, when in reality you won't do any damage if your careful.

Ingredients You'll Need

2 Bananas (cut into 1/2" pieces)
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Raw Honey (or regular honey)

Combine the cinnamon, butter and honey in a frying pan over medium-high heat until melted and combined.

Add the banana slices and cook for 4 minutes until the bottoms start to caramelize and turn golden brown. Adjust the temperature and cooking time as needed so that they don't burn.

Flip all the banana pieces and cook for another 4 minutes until the other side is golden brown.

Serve immediately!

Pairs Well With

Ice Cream, Yogurt, Pancakes or French Toast
