2 cups packed spinach (or other leafy green)
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp olive/grapeseed oil
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
-2 cups packed spinach (or other leafy green)
-1/2 cup pine nuts
-4 cloves minced garlic
-1/4 tsp sea salt
-3 tbsp olive/grapeseed oil
-3 tsp lemon juice
Use a vitamix to blend everything together and you've got some YUM pesto!
