Paper wrapped chicken

Why I Love This Recipe
My mom used to make these and they are still some of my favorites. We rarely get them anymore, just because they are SO much work, and I never order them at dim sum restaurants because I only like chicken breast, and they just don't make them that way. So when you have a lot of time and feel like doing something tedious - give these a try, you'll like them!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
marinade
1T white wine
1T soy sauce
1T sugar
1T corn starch
1T oil
1t ginger, minced
1t pepper
1t garlic salt
Directions
Slice chicken breast into ¼” pieces
Combine all marinade ingredients in ziplock bag and add chicken pieces.
Marinate at least 3-4 hours, or overnight
Cut foil into 4” squares
Place about a teaspoonful of chicken in center of foil and fold over into triangle, then fold over on each open side to seal
Deep fry 2-3 minutes, serve hot
